Automotive radiators
Product Description
Product Detail
Automotive radiators are generally divided into water - cooled and air - cooled two types. As the name suggests, air cooling is through the flow of cold air to achieve heat dissipation effect. The general air-cooled cooler has a dense radiator structure in the housing, which can help conduct heat and keep the engine temperature at a low level. Water cooled radiators carry away heat through the flow of coolant. The pump pumps the coolant to the radiator, and then uses the operation of the wind and fan to cool the coolant, to achieve the cooling effect.
At present, the common automobile radiator is water-cooled radiator, which is composed of water pump, radiator, cooling fan, thermostat, compensation bucket, engine cylinder block, cylinder head water sleeve and other accessories. The radiator is mainly responsible for cooling the coolant. After cooling, the coolant enters the channel of the engine again to take away the heat, and keeps circulating to keep the engine temperature in a relatively stable state.
How to clean the car water tank radiator?
1. Because the car water tank is basically hidden in the engine bumper, the bumper should be removed before cleaning. When removing, make sure that all setting screws are unscrewed, then slowly remove from both ends toward the center. Do not break the fixed buckle;
2. After removing the bumper, we can see the position of the water tank intuitively. Adjust the muzzle of the water gun to spray, adjust the pressure to the appropriate size, and then wash the surface of the dirty water tank;
3. After washing, check whether the heat sink is broken. If so, use tweezers or a skewer to straighten it out. After all inspection, install the bumper in the opposite order to remove, and complete the cleaning of the water tank radiator.
